Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

You change your mind after receiving the product.

The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

Send a replacement product, or

Issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Shaharam will cover the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
